TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read my full T.O.S so you know what to expect when working with me. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.

ALLERGY WARNING: I OWN MULTIPLE CATS!

  • You must be at least 16 years of age with parent/guardian permission in order to commission a suit from me.

  • Make sure you are 100% CERTAIN about comissioning me. You may cancel your comission at anytime, however, the deposit is nonrefundable due to material costs.

  • If you still choose to cancel your comission, you will not recieve any portion of my work or materials. I also reserve the right to alter the design and sell the suit as a premade.

  • If you choose to cancel purchase for a preclaim I will not alter the suit. Instead, you will lose the rights to the character.

  • Since I am a new maker and my prices are as low as possible, I choose to have clients pay a 50% NONREFUNDABLE down payment to reserve a slot, and then require them to pay the other 50% at the end of the comission process. This way my clients can feel secure and I can feel secure as well. I DO NOT OFFER PAYMENT PLANS AT THIS TIME

  • The buyer pays shipping. I recommend saving an additional $100 for shipping.

  • I will not take deadlines of any sort. It is possible to ask about having the suit completed by a certain date, however, I am not obligated to meet this time span. It is possible to work around this deadline for an additional 50% of the total cost of the suit should it be in reason.

  • I reserve the right to deny any customer service for poor customer behavior. This includes if the commissioner is rude, threatening or otherwise unreasonable.

  • Harassment is not tolerated in any way. Should the commissioner display harassment of any sort, I reserve the right to drop the project without any warning.

  • I am not liable for any damages caused to the suit during shipping nor am I liable for any lost/stolen ones.

  • Be available to answer any questions I may have while working on your suit. You do not have to give an instant response, but don't make me wait for multiple days. If you are super busy/on vacation/with family, Inform me ahead of time. If the buyer fails to respond to contact attempts for 2 weeks, the commission will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.

  • I hold the right to use any photos or videos I've taken of your suit for promotional purposes.
